Fit Soldiers Boot Camp
- Side lunges/courtesy lunges, Burpees (I hate them), chest pulls
Run 8 Miles
Sunday 3/24
1 Hour walking around the Denver Auto Show
I got myself weighed at Weight Watchers and I lost 1.8 pounds this week. I'm thrilled!!
