Sorry About Last Week


Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to post anything last week about my training, so here is two weeks in one.


Monday 4/1/13
Fit Soldiers Boot Camp- 40 Minutes
Denver Gym & Fitness- 40 Minutes on Elliptical

Wednesday 4/3/13
Fit Soldiers Boot Camp- 40 Minutes
Denver Gym & Fitness- 40 Minutes on Elliptical
 
Friday 4/5/13
Ran 6.3 Miles in 91 minutes around City Park, The Denver Zoo and The City Park Golf Course


Monday 4/8/13
Fit Soldiers Boot Camp- 40 Minutes
Zumba Class with a neighbor- 40 Minutes

Tuesday 4/9/13
Fit Soldiers Boot Camp- 40 Minutes


Wednesday 4/10/13
Fit Soldiers Boot Camp- 20 Minutes
Sam wasn't happy in the waiting area and was pitching a fit, so we left early.

Thursday 4/11/13
Fit Soldiers Boot Camp- 50 Minutes

Today 4/12/13
Fit Soldiers Boot Camp- 45 Minutes

On Monday 4/8, the scale moved up by 0.6 pounds, but I'm guessing that's from all the strength training that I'm doing. I did more strength training this week instead of cardio, but I'm still hoping for a loss since I need to run 12 miles tomorrow.
